Sweet friend, our breath is our most powerful tool. Through the breath, we have the power to connect with ourselves and our magic to birth new ways of existing. If you can breathe, you can heal and transform. 

In this 90 minute session we will set an intention together and use movement and the breath to explore and tap into the divine guidance that exists within you.  

What is breathwork? 

Breathwork is breathing with intention. This ancient practice uses a variety of breathing techniques to align us with our ability to heal on an emotional, spiritual, and physical level.

Breathwork can bring you clarity, support you with moving past blockages, and allows new restoring energy to flow through us. Each breath supports our ability to heal and transform. 

Breathwork might not be for you if you have a  personal history of mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis, drug or alcohol addiction.

Breathwork is also not recommended for people with a personal or family history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injuries, surgery or illness - particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck and/or reproductive organs.

In this 90 minute session we will use movement, music, divine guidance, and the breath to support our intentions. This is your sacred time to connect with yourself.
