The Sacred Breath: Guided 90 min Breathwork Session (Virtual)
$45.00 USD
"If the ocean can calm itself, so can you. We are both salt water mixed with air.”― Nayyirah Waheed
Sweet friend, our breath is our most powerful tool. Through the breath, we have the power to connect with ourselves and our magic to birth new ways of existing. If you can breathe, you can heal and transform.
In this 90-minute session, we will set an intention together and use movement and breath to explore and tap into the divine guidance that exists within you.
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is breathing with intention. This ancient practice uses a variety of breathing techniques to align us with our ability to heal on an emotional, spiritual, and physical level.
Breathwork can bring clarity, support you with moving past blockages, and allow new restoring energy to flow through you. Each breath supports our ability to heal and transform.
Our Session Together
In this 90-minute session, we will support our intentions with movement, music, divine guidance, and the breath. This is your sacred time to connect with yourself.
The type of breathwork I practice is conscious breathwork. This is an activating breathwork method that uses oral breathing to support your ability to shift on an emotional, mental, and physical level.
To prepare for this session, you should:
- Find a comfortable space to lay down without distraction. I recommend using a yoga mat, but your bed or couch are fine, too.
- A journal. Many emotions, sensations, and thoughts may arise after our time together. Journaling is a great way to also release.
- It is best not to eat two hours before a session to support your breathing.
Booking
I currently only offer breathwork on Saturdays & Sundays.
All sales are final. Once I receive your payment, I will send over my booking link.
